Other Activities

Throughout the year ...

We hold special services: Christmas and Easter of course, and a traditional Harvest Thanksgiving.

We share in a joint service with all the other churches in WK, meeting in the Village Hall, usually in May or June.

Holiday Club    

                                                  

We run a yearly Holiday Club: three mornings of activities for Key Stage 1 & 2 children at the end of the school year.  

Each day there are crafts, games, singing, puppets and a Bible story wrapped up in a wacky theme.

Keep a look out for publicity from 1 July onwards                                                    

Encounters with Jesus

From time to time we run sessions for people looking to explore the Christian faith.

Space to relax ...

Also, we look to make time to relax together:

e.g. This may take the form of an Afterchurch BBQ; a social event; or an Away Day to provide an opportunity to open up some aspect of the Bible's teaching with some kind of fun/leisure activity as well
