I am glad to have been appointed minister of WKBC in September 2019.

My vision is that we will become an ever growing community of people who love Jesus and are making positive contributions to those who live in West Kingsdown and the surrounding areas. I look forward to getting to know and to serve the Community here.

My journey to Christian faith has been quite dramatic. After 40+ years of insisting that God did not exist - I had a life-changing encounter with God, convincing me that God is real and that the claims of Jesus are true.

Shortly after becoming a Christian, I felt the call to Christian ministry. I studied for my degree in theology at Spurgeons College during which time I was Assistant Minister at a local Baptist Church. Previously I have been involved in education and training for many years.

I am married to Jane who shares my Christian faith and is a Matron at a local hospital. We have three grown up children.
