West Kingsdown Baptist Church

Without Missionaries there would be no Worldwide Church...

Missionaries and missions that we support:

Brown 2014
BMS logo

BMS Beirut: Arthur and Louise Brown went as BMS long-term workers to Beirut, Lebanon in 2005. They are involved in urban community development and youth ministry. Louise works with refugees. Arthur  trains youth ministers and supports youth ministry at the Arab Baptist Theological Seminary.

Arthur and Louise have four children, Jessica, Naomi, Jack and Jonathan.

Hospices of Hope logo

Hospices of Hope is the leading palliative care charity in South Eastern Europe. In developing countries like Romania, Serbia or Moldova, many patients still die in pain without being offered any physical, spiritual or emotional comfort. Almost 20 years after the fall of communism these are still some of the poorest countries in Europe, with a struggling healthcare system that offers little or nothing in the way of hospice care. Hospices of Hope are dedicated to improving the life of the terminally ill in Romania and surrounding countries by increasing access to hospice care and training.

Enable the Children

Enable the Children are a team of Sierra Leonians and international workers providing home-based therapy care for children with long term disabilities in Sierra Leone. They work with disabled children in their own homes and teach families how to treat them.

SEBA: The South-east Baptist Association exists to help and support around 150 churches in the south-east, including our own church.
